A planning application is being submitted by a private developer for five three-storey family homes on the site of disused garages to the rear of Peter’s Court, Kings Avenue. Some properties on Rosebery Road overlook the site.
Once it has been submitted, the planning application will be available at planning.lambeth.gov.uk where residents can make comments. In the meantime the developer’s agents, Maddox Associates, are contacting local residents directly. Please let councillors know if there are any concerns.
